سورۃ 51 الذاريات (تیز ہوا), آیت 19

1. وَفِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ

   And from their properties was (given) the right of the (needy) petitioner and the deprived.
